Terms of Service

1) The Service

AiCasso is primarily an AI creation app. You can generate content for personal use, and you may also choose to share AI-generated creations to a community feed and interact with other users through comments, likes, and follows. Participation in the community feed is optional.

2) Accounts and Sign-In

• Optional sign-in: Core creation, points use, and in-app purchasing can be used with a private guest profile and without Google or Apple sign-in. Backup, cross-device sync, and social features may require sign-in.
• Guest linking: You may link a guest profile to a new Google or Apple identity later. Linking preserves that guest profile's AiCasso identifier and balance. If the provider already belongs to another AiCasso account, the profiles are not automatically merged.
• Third-party sign-in: We support Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
• Public profile: AiCasso assigns a system-generated username and profile image that may be shown to other users in the feed and comments. Your sign-in email address is not displayed publicly in the app.

2A) Purchases, Points, and Abuse Prevention

• Store purchases: Native purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the store's payment, refund, and subscription terms. AiCasso validates store transactions before applying points or entitlements.
• Points: Points are a limited, revocable license to use eligible AiCasso features. Except where required by law, they have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be sold or transferred between separate AiCasso identities.
• Guest recovery: Guest access depends on a recovery credential kept in your device's secure storage. Optional sign-in is the supported way to back up and sync a guest profile across devices.
• Apple subscription restore: On supported Apple devices, Restore Purchases can restore active premium access without signing in to AiCasso with Apple or Google. Monthly points are deposited once per billing period into the profile that receives them. Consumable points, prior subscription points, and private profile data are not duplicated or transferred to another guest profile. Optional sign-in syncs the receiving profile.
• No circumvention: You may not replay transactions, create or automate identities to obtain duplicate benefits, manipulate purchase ownership, exploit refunds or chargebacks, or bypass usage and security limits. We may withhold duplicate benefits or restrict abusive activity.

3) User Content and Community Feed

"User Content" includes content you submit or make available through the service, such as prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, posts, comments, and replies.

• AI-only feed posts: The community feed is for sharing AI-generated creations produced in the app. Uploading arbitrary media directly to the public feed is not allowed.
• Visibility: If you post or comment, your content and your system-generated username and profile image may be visible to other users of the app.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for your user content and your interactions with others.
• Rights to inputs: You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, images, audio, or video you upload or submit.

4) Community Guidelines

You agree not to create, post, or share user content that is objectionable or harmful, including content that:

• Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or violates applicable laws.
• Threatens, harasses, bullies, or encourages violence or self-harm.
• Contains hate speech or discrimination targeting protected groups.
• Contains sexual content involving minors or any child sexual abuse material.
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
• Violates intellectual property rights or other third-party rights.
• Contains personal data about others without permission.
• Is spam, deceptive, or intended to manipulate engagement.
• Impersonates another person or misleads others about your identity.

5) Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

• Reporting: The app provides tools to report posts, comments, and users.
• Blocking: The app provides the ability to block other users to help you avoid unwanted interactions and content.
• Filtering: We may apply reasonable safeguards and checks to help reduce objectionable content and abuse.
• Enforcement: We may remove or restrict access to content, limit features, suspend accounts, or ban accounts if we believe these terms are violated or to protect users and the service.

6) License You Grant to AiCasso

You retain ownership of your user content as between you and AiCasso. However, to operate the service, you grant AiCasso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your user content:

• To provide the service to you.
• If you choose to post to the feed or comment, to make that content available to other users within the service.

This license ends when you delete the user content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others or must be retained for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

7) Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party services such as sign-in providers, push notifications, advertising, and AI processing providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

8) Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• AI-generated outputs may be unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCasso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
