AiCasso is primarily an AI creation app. It also includes optional social features such as public feed posts, comments, likes, and follows.
Important: Your sign-in email address is not displayed publicly in the app. AiCasso assigns a system-generated username and profile image for your public profile.
1) Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of the app, and information needed to operate optional social features.
- Account and identifiers: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive an account identifier from the provider and may also receive your email address and name, depending on what the provider shares. We store a system-generated username for your public profile.
- Country and region: When you sign in, the app sends a country code and region derived from your device locale settings so we can support regional experiences and operations.
- AI inputs and outputs: Prompts and media you provide, along with content the app generates for you, including images, audio, video, and related metadata such as modes and settings.
- Public content: If you choose to participate in the community feed, we store and display your posts, along with limited associated information such as sanitized prompts, timestamps, and engagement counts.
- Comments and replies: If you comment, we store the comment text, the related post or comment, timestamps, and basic engagement data.
- Social interactions: Likes, follows, and related relationship data used to power those features.
- Reports and blocks: If you report content or users, or block another user, we store the information needed to process that action and support abuse prevention.
- Purchases and rewards: Subscription status, receipt or transaction data needed to validate purchases, and points or reward status.
- Push notifications: If you allow notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal assigns a device identifier and we may associate it with your AiCasso account identifier.
- Crash reports: If you choose to send a crash report, it may include app version, device model and OS, error details, and a stack trace.
- Advertising: If the app displays ads, the ad provider may collect information as part of ad delivery and measurement.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide the service: Generate content, sync your creations across devices when you sign in, and display your library.
- Enable optional social features: Publish posts, show your public profile, and support comments, likes, and follows.
- Safety and integrity: Enforce our Terms of Service and community rules, process reports, apply blocks, and act on abuse.
- Payments and rewards: Validate purchases and subscriptions and manage points or rewards.
- Notifications: Send notifications about relevant app activity if you opt in.
- Support and reliability: Respond to support requests and investigate crashes or performance issues.
3) When Information Is Shared
- Public sharing within the app: If you post or comment, your system-generated username and profile image, your posts, and your comments are visible to other users. Feed prompts are sanitized for public display.
- Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the app, such as sign-in, push notifications, cloud hosting and storage, ads, and AI generation providers.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or if needed to protect users, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
4) Third-Party Services
AiCasso integrates with the following categories of third-party services:
- Sign-in providers: Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.
- Push notifications: OneSignal.
- Advertising: Google AdMob, if ads are shown in your build.
- AI processing providers: External AI providers used to generate and transform content, including prompts and media that you submit.
- Infrastructure: Cloud services used to store app data and media and to operate the community feed.
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies. If you use those services through AiCasso, their terms and policies may also apply.
5) Data Retention
- Public posts: Retained until you delete them, delete your account, or we remove them for safety or policy reasons.
- Comments and related activity: Retained to operate community features unless removed for safety reasons or deleted as part of account deletion.
- Private creations and uploads: Media and generations that are not posted publicly may be deleted automatically as part of cleanup processes.
- Reports and moderation logs: May be retained as needed for safety, abuse prevention, and auditing.
- Crash logs: Retained for debugging and reliability improvements.
6) Your Choices
- Optional social participation: You can use AiCasso without posting to the feed.
- Reporting and blocking: You can report posts, comments, and users, and you can block other users.
- Push notifications: You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings.
- Account deletion: You can initiate account deletion in-app through Settings. If you cannot access the app, contact support and we will assist.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
